What the Guarantee Covers

  • Follow-up appointments within 14 days of your initial treatment are completely free of charge
  • If lice are found during a follow-up visit within this period, we will provide an additional treatment at no cost
  • The guarantee applies to all individuals treated during the same original appointment

Requirements to Qualify

  • All household members must be screened and treated as needed during the initial appointment
  • Follow all aftercare and home cleaning instructions provided at the time of service
  • Reinfestations caused by external sources after confirmed clearance are not covered under this guarantee
